Dad's Crazy – A minor stakes winner on dirt who is second on the Preference list for the Juvenile Fillies Turf, she will run if she can get into the body of the race according to her trainer Todd Pletcher.

Dad’s Crazy worked 4f in 49 1/5 Sunday on the Santa Anita turf course.
Elusive Galaxy – Trainer Ben Cecil acknowledges that he might have asked too much of this 2yo daughter of Elusive City in her North American debut in Woodbine’s Natalma Stakes.
“We bought her just before the Canadian race, and she just came back blowing really hard. She ought to be fine now,” Cecil said.
The trainer came to that conclusion after a solid 1:02 1/5 work on Saturday under regular rider Rafael Bejarano.
Elusive Galaxy galloped 1 1/4m Monday.
Hatheer – Hatheer galloped 1 1/4m at Santa Anita Monday morning in preparation for a return to grass racing in the Juvenile Fillies Turf.
Hatheer broke her maiden on turf at Saratoga in her second start, before finishing third in a stakes over Keeneland’s Polytrack surface last time out.
“We think she’s a turf filly,” said Kiaran McLaughlin from Belmont Park. “We’ll stay on turf with her.”
House of Grace – The Jessamine Stakes winner House of Grace joined her five juvenile stablemates for a 1 1/2m gallop on Monday at Santa Anita as she continues to prepare for the Juvenile Fillies Turf. Trainer Ken McPeek reports that he is happy with how all of his horses are coming into their respective races.
Jungle Tale – With exercise rider Zoe Cadman astride, Bardasian Stable's Juvenile Fillies Turf contender Jungle Tale worked 4f in 48 3/5 Monday morning over the Santa Anita main track in preparation for Friday's engagement.
Shaun Bridgmohan is slated to ride for trainer Steve Asmussen.
Junia Tepzia – The Rock of Gibraltar filly, who is unbeaten in two career starts, remained in quarantine Monday morning after arriving from Europe on Sunday.
An Irish-bred, Junia Tepzia broke her maiden at Merano, Italy, in August, and most recently won a stakes race at San Siro on Oct. 3.
Trainer Peter Schiergen is expected to arrive Tuesday to supervise final preparations. Kieran Fallon has been named to ride.
Lillie Langtry – The consistent Danehill Dancer filly with a record of 3-2-1 from six starts arrived at Santa Anita Sunday evening with the Coolmore contingent of seven horses. Her 42-hour quarantine period ends Tuesday and she is expected to visit the track for the first time on Wednesday morning.
Trainer Aidan O’Brien was traveling from Ireland on Monday and is expected at Santa Anita on Tuesday. The Debutante Stakes winner is named for the highly successful British actress, born Emilie Charlotte Le Breton on the island of Jersey in 1853.
Lisa's Kitten – Kenneth and Sarah Ramsey's Lisa's Kitten galloped over Santa Anita's main track Monday morning in preparation for Friday's race. Julien Leparoux, who has ridden the 2yo filly in each of her last four starts, will once again pilot.
"She just ran on Oct. 24 and is coming back on short rest, so we'll just gallop up to the race," trainer Mike Maker said.
Winless from her first three outings, the 2yo daughter of Kitten's Joy enters her Breeders' Cup start off consecutive turf victories. She broke her maiden over a firm Belmont course on Sept. 25, and followed that with a victory in the La Senorita Stakes over soft Retama Park ground
"We sprinted her the first two times, but felt all along she wanted to go long," Maker said. "We ran her in the (P.G.) Johnson at Saratoga hoping to get some black type. That didn't work out, so we broke her maiden, got her confidence up, and fortunately she turned into a stakes winner.
"At Belmont, she won even easier than the margin of victory (3/4 of a length) would indicate," Maker added. "The pace was slow, but she still finished fast. At Retama, she overcame a lot. She got shuffled back to last, overcame some traffic, and finished up nicely."
Rose Catherine – Paul Pompa Jr.’s Rose Catherine will try to stay perfect on the grass when she starts in the Juvenile Fillies Turf for trainer Todd Pletcher. A daughter of 2004 Breeders’ Cup Sprint winner Speightstown, Rose Catherine demolished a field of maidens last month in a turf maiden race at
“I thought her turf race was very good and just hoping she can do the same thing with a little more distance,” Pletcher said.

Smart Seattle - Smart Seattle galloped a mile at Santa Anita Monday under exercise rider Alice Clapham.
The 2yo daughter of Smart Strike broke her maiden at first asking over the Saratoga turf course, before returning to finish second in a turf stakes in her subsequent start. Although she lost by a nose to House of Grace in the Jessamine Stakes over Keeneland’s Polytrack, trainer Graham Motion was hardly discouraged.
“I don’t think she lost anything in defeat. I’d like to think if you switched trips, if we had the trip the winner had, we’d have the same result,” Motion said. “I don’t want to take anything away from the winner. It’s just one of those deals where she followed us all the way around and just nailed us at the wire.”
Zilva – The daughter of Successful Appeal jogged a mile under exercise rider Alice Clapham Monday morning at Santa Anita for a likely start in the Juvenile Fillies, although the filly was also pre-entered in the Juvenile Fillies Turf.
George Strawbridge Jr.’s Augustin Stable owns both Zilva and Smart Seattle, who will be entered Tuesday in the Juvenile Fillies Turf.
“If for some reason Smart Seattle couldn’t run in the Juvenile Fillies Turf, I’d run Zilva on the turf,” said trainer Graham Motion. “But I wasn’t planning on running them together.”
Zilva broke her maiden in her third start and her first turf start at Saratoga in August. When the Miss Grillo was rained off the turf, Zilva was shipped to Keeneland to run in the Alcibiades, in which she finished fourth after a slow start.
